WOW!!! This unit will completely surprise you! It is so nice and much larger than you would think. It has 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a beautiful kitchen with a center island, lots of cabinet space and all of the appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit already and are considered convenience items only. The large, formal dining room has a bar area and leads into a large living room that overlooks the Mississippi River. The 1st bedroom can be used as a bedroom or would make for a great office/craft area if you needed it. You will find plenty of storage space throughout the unit as well.
